Who this is for

Coaches, teachers and facilitators running paid retreats

This page is for people who run wellness retreats as their work: breathwork facilitators, health coaches, meditation teachers, recovery and resilience coaches, women's circle hosts and anyone who sells a weekend or a week of reset to their own community. You need a venue that supports your programme without competing with it.

Forest Springs Resort is a host, not a programme. We do not run classes or treatments, so your participants experience your retreat, not ours. What we offer is a setting and set of amenities that fit naturally into a wellness agenda, on ten acres of forest five minutes from downtown Eureka Springs.

Contrast therapy

The sauna and cold plunge as part of your programme

The glass forest sauna and cold plunge are the amenities wellness leaders most often build into their schedule. A guided contrast round, led by you, works as an opening ritual on arrival day, a reset after an intense session, or a closing practice before participants leave.

Red light therapy is also on the property, and the forest trails, open from dawn to dusk, give you a ready-made space for walking meditation and quiet time. The outdoor seasonal pool rounds out the free time in warm months.

Practice space

Where your group gathers to practice and share

The community room seats about 20 and is the indoor base for circles, workshops and practice for smaller groups. The lawn holds a larger group for outdoor movement and morning sessions. The fire ring is the natural place for evening circles and closing ceremonies.

There is no studio or gym, so bring mats, bolsters, blankets, sound equipment and any props your practice uses. We help you plan which space suits each session, and we can share the community room layout before you finalise your schedule.

Rooms

A room mix that suits shared and private retreat pricing

Our 50 rooms give you options when you price your retreat. Double queen rooms let you offer a shared-room tier; king rooms give a private-room tier; suites with a kitchenette and sofa bed suit you, your co-facilitators or a premium tier.

What you bring

The host's checklist: what we provide and what you arrange

We provide rooms, the community room, outdoor space, the sauna, plunge, red light therapy, pool and trails, and the Forest Lounge for beer and wine. You arrange your programme, teachers and practitioners, meals through a licensed caterer or restaurants in town, equipment and props, and participant communications.

Food deserves an early decision. There is no restaurant, breakfast service or catering kitchen on site, so most leaders hire a local caterer who can handle plant-based, gluten-free and other dietary needs. We can recommend caterers who know the property.

Seasons and dates

Choosing retreat dates your participants can say yes to

Participants book a paid retreat months ahead, so dates matter. Spring and fall give mild weather for outdoor practice and forest walks; fall color around Eureka Springs is a strong draw in October. Winter retreats are quieter and suit a programme built around heat, cold and rest, with the glass forest sauna and cold plunge at the centre.

Midweek retreats are usually the easiest to place and give your group the calmest version of the property. Weekend retreats suit participants with office jobs. Many leaders run a Thursday to Sunday format that balances both.

Tell us your preferred dates and one or two alternatives. We confirm availability, then you can open registration knowing the venue side is settled.

FAQ

Questions from retreat leaders

Can I host my own paid wellness retreat at Forest Springs Resort?

Yes. Coaches, teachers and retreat leaders book the resort as the venue for retreats they run and sell themselves. We provide the rooms, spaces and amenities; you provide the programme, the teaching and the guest experience.

How many retreat participants can I bring?

Groups of up to 60. Most wellness retreats here are 10 to 30 participants, which fits the community room (seats about 20) and the lawn for practice.

Do you provide teachers, massage or guided sessions?

No. There is no guided programming, massage or hydrotherapy at the resort. You bring your own teachers and practitioners. The glass forest sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy are available for your group to use within your programme.

How much does it cost to host a wellness retreat here?

Contact us for pricing. Quotes depend on dates, number of nights, rooms and whether you want a room block or the whole property. Midweek and off-season dates leave the most room in your retreat budget.

How do meals work for a wellness retreat?

There is no restaurant or catering kitchen on site. Retreat leaders hire a licensed caterer, and we can recommend local ones who can cook to dietary needs, or plan meals at restaurants in downtown Eureka Springs, five minutes away.

Can participants book their own rooms?

That depends on how you structure your retreat. Many leaders take a room block and sell rooms as part of their package; others ask participants to book within the block. We work from your rooming list.

Where can we practice movement or meditation?

In the community room, which seats about 20, and outdoors on the lawn and at the fire ring. There is no dedicated studio or gym, so bring mats, props and anything your practice needs.

Is there Wi-Fi for participants?

Yes. Every stay includes Wi-Fi via Starlink. Connect on site, no password needed. Speeds are usually strong, but our forest setting means it can slow down or drop briefly. If you have an important meeting, plan a backup (hotspot or cellular).

Is the resort private during my retreat?

With a room block, other guests may be staying at the resort. With a full buyout of all 50 rooms, the property is reserved for your group.

How far is the venue from the airport for participants who fly?

Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is about an hour from the resort by car. Many leaders set an arrival window on the first afternoon, with check-in from 3 PM and an opening circle in the early evening, so participants can fly in the same day.
