Forest Springs fire pit courtyard at night with string lights and Ozark pines

What to expect

Forest Springs isn't a new build, and we're not trying to be one. As the former Traveler's Inn, some rooms still carry the layout of the original architecture, and that's part of the charm, this is a property with a past.

What we can promise: clean, carefully redesigned rooms, 10 acres of forest space, a small team that genuinely cares, and a property that's getting better every single week.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request, based on occupancy.

We offer easy digital check-in, before your stay, you'll receive a unique access code to enter your room directly, so you can arrive any time from 3:00 PM onward. We also have a Guest Welcome Desk in our Forest Lounge with staff on-site, so if you ever need a hand with anything, we're right here for you.

Early check-in depends on availability. Reach out the day before your reservation and we'll do our best to have your room ready earlier. For the most accurate answer, we recommend confirming with us the day of your arrival.

Yes, our staff is available at the Guest Welcome Desk from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After hours, our General Manager lives on-site and can be called to assist with emergencies. Self check-in is also available for guests arriving late through our guest app.

Coffee and a microwave aren't in our standard rooms, but both are available in our Forest Lounge from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For longer stays, book one of our King suites with kitchenettes, they include a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and air fryer.

Yes, each room has a mini fridge for your convenience.

Not at all. Each TV is a Fire TV, just select 'Live TV' from the home screen to watch live channels right away. You're welcome to sign into your own streaming accounts too, but it's completely optional.

Housekeeping is available by request only during your stay. If you'd like a room refresh, fresh linens, or additional supplies, just send us a message and we're happy to help.

Guests enjoy our forest trails (ten acres of Ozark woodland), a pickleball court, a ping pong table in the forest, a resort-caliber pool, the sauna and cold plunge, fire pits, grills in the courtyard, and a communal Forest Lounge with board games and plenty of seating for you and your loved ones to connect.

Yes! We have grills in our courtyard, available first come, first served, just bring your own charcoal.

Our pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Fresh towels are available on the poolside shelves. There is no lifeguard on duty, so we ask that children be supervised at all times.

No, the sauna and cold plunge are included for guests, with no extra fee and no reservation needed, and open 24 hours. The cold plunge is kept at 44°F year-round, and two bathrobes are provided in each room, including our doubles. This experience is for guests 18 and older; please shower off before entering the cold plunge, and if you have any heart, circulatory, or other health conditions, we recommend checking with your doctor before taking the plunge.

Not quite, our outdoor spa area is a short walk down a forest trail from the guest rooms, part of what makes it feel like its own peaceful escape in the woods.

Yes! We have fire pits on the grounds for guests to enjoy, just let us know at the Guest Welcome Desk and we'll be happy to help get one lit for you. Our team manages the lighting and monitors the fire for everyone's safety. Private fire pit reservations are not available at this time.

Yes, Wi-Fi is included with every stay, powered by Starlink. It's fast and reliable, though brief interruptions may occasionally occur given our forest setting.

Dogs are welcome; we love them. Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome, with no weight limits (up to two per room). We host dogs specifically; cats and other animals are not permitted. There is no pet fee; we hold a $250 refundable deposit. Just keep your pup leashed on the grounds and in common areas, clean up after them, and they're welcome across the grounds except the pool, the spa, and the Forest Lounge.

Yes, and we know a lot of dog-friendly hotels don't allow this, so we're glad to be different. You're welcome to leave your dog in the room while you're out, as long as they'll be calm and comfortable on their own: no separation anxiety, no barking that would disturb other guests, and no chewing on the furniture. We strongly recommend crating your dog while you're away, it keeps them relaxed and protects the room. If a dog left alone becomes disruptive or gets into anything, we'll give you a quick call and ask you to come back for them. As long as your pup is settled and happy, go enjoy your evening.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or just outside them, a $250 fee applies if evidence of smoking is found. You're welcome to smoke outside in our designated smoking area between Buildings 3 and 4.

Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–10:00 AM, in keeping with our peaceful, slow-down atmosphere. You deserve to sleep in.

Yes, parking is included with every stay, right outside your room.

No, Forest Springs does not have elevators anywhere on the property, and much of our forest setting includes natural, uneven terrain. If mobility is a consideration for your stay, please reach out before booking so we can help you find the room and route that works best for you.

We're tucked deep in the Ozarks forest, so you can expect a few insects, it comes with the territory (and the beauty). We treat inside and outside frequently, but you might pack the bug spray just in case.

We're located just about 5 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs (we have a trolley stop right in front, highly recommend it to avoid parking downtown), yet we offer the peace of the forest at the same time, with ten acres of hiking trails, plenty of places to stop and rest, and our outdoor spa area.

The trolley stop is right at our front entrance, we're Stop 17 on the Blue Route. A $6 all-day pass (2026 rate) is one of the best deals in town, and on busy weekends we recommend it over driving. You can also drive downtown in about 5 minutes. If you take the trolley, we recommend checking the live trolley tracker online to time your ride.

Rideshare has limited availability in Eureka Springs, and we haven't found it to be reliable. We're happy to help however we can, but we highly recommend arranging your transportation without rideshare.

Absolutely, there's great food within walking distance and a short drive. A couple of breakfast spots sit just across the street, Ermilio's is a lovely Italian spot, and Sparky's is dog-friendly! Ask us for more, we're happy to share our favorites.

Coffee and tea are served fresh every morning. The lounge also pours beer and wine and sells snack packs, s'mores kits and courtyard grill kits; see the Forest Lounge menu for details.

You can call or message us anytime, or stop by the Guest Welcome Desk in the Forest Lounge. We're always here to help make your stay wonderful.
