We have indoor lounge space and an outdoor ceremony clearing that doubles as keynote space. For breakout work, teams use guest rooms and the fire pit lounge.

Is there Wi-Fi for working sessions?

Yes — full property Wi-Fi covers all rooms and common areas.

What about meals?

We coordinate catering with local Eureka Springs partners for group meals on-site. Teams also drive five minutes into town for dinners.

How far is the venue from XNA airport?

About one hour from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA). Many teams shuttle in together.
