Two ways to book
Room block or full buyout, explained
Every group stay at Forest Springs Resort is one of two kinds. A room block sets aside a number of rooms for your group on your dates. Your group shares the property with other guests, and you only commit to the rooms you need. It is the right fit for most friend trips, birthdays, small weddings and smaller retreats.
A full buyout reserves all 50 rooms and the grounds for your group. Nobody else checks in. The fire ring, the lawn, the Forest Lounge, the sauna and the pool are yours for the stay. Buyouts suit weddings of 40 to 60, large reunions, company retreats and any group that values privacy.

Sizing
Which option fits your group size
Use this as a starting point. We will suggest the right setup when you tell us your guest count and dates.
| Group | Typical guests | Usual booking |
|---|---|---|
| 2 to 10 rooms | 4 to 20 guests | A small room block: friend trips, bachelorette weekends, small family gatherings, elopements |
| 10 to 25 rooms | 20 to 45 guests | A larger room block, sometimes with event space: small weddings, reunions, retreats |
| All 50 rooms | 40 to 60 guests | A full buyout: wedding weekends, company retreats, large reunions |
The rooms
Fifty rooms in three types
The resort has 28 king rooms, 16 double queen rooms and 6 suites with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. For groups, double queens are the workhorse: two friends, a parent and child, or a family of four. Kings suit couples and anyone who wants their own room. Suites become the gathering spot, the getting-ready room or the room for the guest of honour.
Rooms are dog friendly and guests of all ages are welcome, so families with kids and dogs are welcome in group bookings.

Gathering spaces
Where groups spend time together on the property
Groups gather at the fire ring in the evening, on the lawn during the day and in the Forest Lounge, which pours beer and wine. The community room seats about 20 for meetings, workshops or a rainy-afternoon card game. For outdoor events such as a wedding or a big reunion dinner, our tent, available to rent and set up among the trees, is the rain plan.
Shared amenities include the glass forest sauna and cold plunge, red light therapy, the outdoor seasonal pool, pickleball, ping pong, cornhole and forest trails that are open from dawn to dusk.

Food
Feeding a group without a restaurant on site
Forest Springs Resort has no restaurant, breakfast service or catering kitchen. Groups either bring a licensed caterer, which we can recommend, or eat in downtown Eureka Springs, five minutes away. The suites have kitchenettes for coffee and simple breakfasts.
A common pattern is one catered meal on the property, such as a welcome dinner at the fire ring or a reunion cookout, with other meals in town.
How booking works
From first inquiry to arrival day
Send the inquiry form with your dates, the occasion, a rough guest count and whether you think you need a room block or a buyout. We reply with availability and a written quote. Contact us for pricing; we do not publish group rates because they depend on dates, room count and nights.
Once you confirm, we set up the block or buyout and agree how guests book or how the rooming list works. Before arrival, we share caterer and restaurant suggestions and confirm timing for any gathering on the lawn or at the fire ring.
On arrival, guests check in from 3 PM with self check-in: each guest receives a check-in link, then a room number and door code. Our team is reachable by text or phone throughout the stay.

FAQ
Group booking questions
What is the difference between a room block and a buyout?
A room block reserves a set number of rooms for your group on your dates, and other guests may also be staying. A buyout reserves all 50 rooms and gives your group exclusive use of the property.
How many rooms make a group booking?
We treat two or more rooms booked together for the same occasion as a group. Groups of 2 to 10 rooms usually book a small block; larger groups talk to us about a bigger block or a buyout.
How much does a group stay cost?
Contact us for pricing. Group quotes depend on dates, number of rooms, number of nights and whether you need event space or the whole property.
Can group guests pay for their own rooms?
Often, yes. With a room block, guests can usually book and pay within the block. Tell us how you want to handle payment when you inquire and we will explain the options for your dates.
What is the largest group you can host?
Up to 60 guests for events and gatherings. The resort has 50 rooms: 28 kings, 16 double queens and 6 suites with a kitchenette and sofa bed.
Is there a restaurant for group meals?
No. There is no restaurant, breakfast service or catering kitchen. Groups bring a licensed caterer (we can recommend local ones) or eat in downtown Eureka Springs, five minutes away. The Forest Lounge serves beer and wine.
Where can our group gather on site?
The lawn, the fire ring and the Forest Lounge for socialising, and the community room, which seats about 20, for meetings or a quiet group activity.
Is the resort good for groups with kids or dogs?
Yes. Forest Springs Resort welcomes guests of all ages and has dog-friendly rooms. The outdoor seasonal pool, pickleball, ping pong and cornhole keep all ages busy.
How far is Forest Springs Resort from the airport?
About an hour from Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), at 2044 E Van Buren, Eureka Springs, AR 72632, five minutes from downtown.
Can we hold a party or gathering on the lawn?
Yes. Groups gather on the lawn and at the fire ring, often with a catered meal. Tell us the size and timing when you inquire, and ask about renting our tent for any large outdoor meal.
