The table
One long table in the trees
The dinner is set on the grounds in the forest: one long table, candles down the middle, string lights overhead and the pines all around. It is the same setting our wedding couples use for their receptions.
It suits any occasion where the point is to sit together for a few hours. A birthday or anniversary, a rehearsal dinner the night before a wedding, a family reunion, or a company dinner at the end of an offsite.
What we provide
The space, the tent, the tables and the setup
We provide the outdoor space, the event tent, tables and seating for your guests, and setup and takedown by our team. The tent is your shade, your shelter and your rain plan.
Venue time is up to 8 hours and ends by 10 PM, so there is time for your caterer to set up, a long dinner, and toasts after.

What you bring
Your caterer, florals, photographer and music
There is no restaurant or in-house catering at the resort, so you choose the food. Hire a licensed caterer you like, and bring florals, a photographer and music if you want them.
The Forest Lounge on site has a fireplace, a coffee bar, and beer and wine, and makes an easy place for guests to gather before dinner.

After dinner
Rooms on site, town five minutes away
Guests can stay the night in a room block, so nobody drives home after the toasts. The resort has 50 rooms: 28 kings, 16 double queens and 6 suites with kitchenette. See the rooms page and how group stays work.
The next morning there is the Nordic sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, the outdoor seasonal pool and forest trails open from dawn to dusk. Downtown Eureka Springs is five minutes away.
