Can we reserve the whole property?

Yes — full property buyout is available and is typical for reunions of 40+ people. All 50 rooms and all common areas are yours for the stay.

Do you accommodate kids?

Yes. The forest, trails, and seasonal pool are great for kids. We're a relaxed boutique resort, so families with infants or toddlers should plan accordingly.

Can we have group meals on-site?

Yes — we coordinate group meals with local Eureka Springs catering partners. Many reunions also do a family dinner in town one evening.

What activities are on-property?

Nordic sauna, cold plunge, seasonal pool, fire pit lounge, and walking trails through 10+ private acres of forest.

How far in advance should we book?

For full property buyouts, 6–12 months ahead is typical, especially for summer and fall weekends.
