Many rooms still hold the bones of the original building, so no two feel quite alike — and we've kept it that way on purpose. You're not checking into a new build. Eureka Springs is one of those places that doesn't quite exist anywhere else — a Victorian spring town tucked deep into the Arkansas Ozarks, founded in the 1880s around the healing waters that gave it its name. People have been coming here to feel better for almost 150 years.
The land has a long memory too. For decades, this spot held a calmer kind of place — 10 secluded acres just minutes from downtown, the sort of property that kept its own company. We saw something in the bones. The trees. The light. The space you can't fake.
For years, this property was known as the Traveler's Inn — a beloved Eureka Springs landmark. In 2026, new ownership took it over and started again. New name. New design. A new team. A new point of view — one that honors what was already here instead of papering over it. Forest Springs was born.

What we've kept: the seclusion, the 10 acres of trees, the long driveway that makes you feel like you've actually gone somewhere.
What we've added: a sauna, contrast therapy, walking trails, a lounge made for lingering, a pool deck with cabanas, a pickleball court tucked in the trees, and outdoor games on the lawn. Plenty of space to sit with a drink and do nothing.
What we've changed: nearly everything else. 53 rooms, thoughtfully redesigned with walk-in showers, natural materials, and a calmer, more intentional palette. A small team that answers quickly and actually listens.
The real heart of what we're building lives outside the rooms — heat, cold, stillness, and trees. Time-tested rituals that leave you feeling different than when you arrived.

We spent years searching for a place like this — somewhere intentional, beautifully designed, with real wellness at its center and none of the pretense. We couldn't find it anywhere, so we set out to build it ourselves.
