Yes, every room has a mini fridge. Coffee makers and microwaves are only in suites with kitchenettes. For all other rooms, coffee is available in the Forest Lounge, which opens at 7 AM, along with a shared microwave.
Yes. Every stay includes Wi-Fi via Starlink. Connect on site, no password needed. Speeds are usually strong, but our forest setting means it can slow down or drop briefly. If you have an important meeting, plan a backup (hotspot or cellular).
Not at all. Each TV is a Fire TV, just select 'Live TV' from the home screen to watch live channels right away. You're welcome to sign into your own streaming accounts too, but it's completely optional.
Self check-in is the default. Before arrival you will receive a check-in link with instructions. Once you complete it, your room number and door code are sent to you and also appear in the guest app. If anything goes wrong with the code, text or call us and someone on the team will help. After hours, our general manager lives on site and handles emergencies and lockouts.
Housekeeping is available by request only during your stay. If you'd like a room refresh, fresh linens, or additional supplies, just send us a message and we're happy to help.
