Every stay includes free Wi-Fi via Starlink, no password needed. Speeds are usually strong, but our forest setting means it can slow down or drop briefly. If you have an important meeting, plan a backup (hotspot or cellular).

Check-in

From 3 PM

Complete your online check-in in the Guest Portal and we'll send your room number and door code. You'll get it in the same place you booked: your Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia messages, or by email if you booked direct. There's no front desk, so go straight to your room and let yourself in.

Check-out

By 11 AM

Simply close the door behind you. Need a late check-out? Text us at (479) 239-8978 the evening before and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Self Check-in Steps

  1. Complete your online check-in in the Guest Portal.
  2. Look for your room number and door code in your booking messages (or your email, if you booked direct).
  3. Head to your room, enter the code on the keypad and step inside.
  4. Wi-Fi is free through Starlink and needs no password. Just connect to the Forest Springs network.

Sauna

Sauna

Recommended max session: 30 min, at your own risk. Important: keep the door fully closed and latched, if left ajar, the heater shuts off. Please close it completely when you leave so the next guests can enjoy it too.

Cold Plunge

Cold Plunge

Kept at 50°F year-round. Enter slowly, breathe deep, and limit your session to 1–3 minutes. Bathrobes are provided in each room.

Pool

Pool

Outdoor and seasonal, weather dependent, hours posted at the gate. Please watch your children, use is at your own risk. No glassware in the pool area, please.

Fire Pit

Fire Pit

Logs and matches are in the wooden box beside the pit. Please extinguish fully before turning in.
