• 02Complete your check-inYou will land on your guest portal showing your reservation details. Tap “Online Check-in,” fill in your information, let us know if you are bringing a dog (yes or no), then press Continue to finish your check-in.
• 03Settle your balanceIf you booked through Expedia or Booking.com under the Hotel Collection option, your reservation will be charged automatically the day before arrival. Once payment and check-in are complete, you are all set.
• 04Receive your access codeAfter your check-in and payment are confirmed, you will receive your private access code by email and text — ready for a seamless arrival.
