    Use your phone camera to scan the QR code above. It will open our secure self check-in form.

    Complete your check-in

    You will land on your guest portal showing your reservation details. Tap “Online Check-in,” fill in your information, let us know if you are bringing a dog (yes or no), then press Continue to finish your check-in.

  3. 03

    Settle your balance

    If you booked through Expedia or Booking.com under the Hotel Collection option, your reservation will be charged automatically the day before arrival. Once payment and check-in are complete, you are all set.

  4. 04

    Receive your access code

    After your check-in and payment are confirmed, you will receive your private access code by email and text, ready for a seamless arrival.
